Having bad experiences in the past I went in cautious about getting into another car note. Steven Lane contacted me about an expedition I saw online that looked amazing and was in our price range. While they didn't have it on the lot, we test drove another and I was smitten. The experience everyone there gave us from buying to finance and even fixing the check engine light definitely speaks to how amazing small town America is. When we're in the market again, we'll definitely look at Patterson again and recommend others looking as well.

I bought a used 2018 ram truck from Patterson Tyler almost 2 years ago and recently I had engine problems and had it towed to Patterson Kilgore where Tammy in the service department was my contact person. She went above and beyond. You couldn’t ask for a better representative. I also have to say Patterson stands behind their lifetime powertrain warranty. I was honestly scared to death that I was going to have to empty my bank account to fix my used vehicle but it was covered by the warranty they provided. I just want to say thank you again to Tammy and the Patterson crew at Patterson Chevrolet in Kilgore tx. I give you the 5 stars you deserve.
